Product Overview
Baoji Yibaite's medical titanium foil adopts high-purity GR1(TA1), GR2(TA2), and GR5(TC4 ELI) medical titanium raw materials. our foil is produced via precision cold rolling, vacuum annealing, and clean room medical grade cleaning. We pass the ISO 13485 certificate, meet the ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, and comply with GB/T 13810, ASTM F67, and ASTM F136. It has features of exceptional biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and mechanical performance. The material is ideal for long term implantation and critical medical components.
Our titanium foil product is non-toxic and non-magnetic and has ultra-high purity, smooth surface, and stable mechanical properties. It can effectively resist corrosion of body fluid and blood, and will not cause rejection or allergic reaction to human tissues, which is the ideal material for various medical implant parts and precision medical devices.

Ultra-High Purity and Clean Surface
Titanium purity ≥99.9%; oxygen content ≤0.10%. The oxygen content can be controlled, the surface is clean, and it inhibits bacterial adhesion.
Precision Thickness & Dimensional Stability
Ultra-thin specification: Thickness 0.01mm-0.2mm, tolerance ±0.005mm, customizable width and length. Two supply forms: sheet materials/roll materials.
Superior Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength: 240–550 MPa; elongation: 15–30%. Low elastic modulus (~110 GPa, close to bone) minimizes stress shielding.
Extremely Strong Corrosion Resistance
Native TiO₂ passive film resists body fluids, blood, and chloride environments. The ability of corrosion resistance is far superior to stainless steel.
