Every plate undergoes 100% dimensional inspection covering thickness, width, length, flatness, and surface condition. Microstructure examination can be added as an option to verify uniform equiaxed alpha grain size per ASTM F136 requirements. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is also available on finished plates for medical device OEM customers who require full alloy verification before committing material into implant production. Production runs under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems in our facility in "China Titanium Valley" (Baoji).
