Based on the industrial foundation of "China Titanium Valley" in Baoji, Baoji Yibaite New Materials Technology ultra-thin Titanium Strip uses a 20-roller high-speed reversible cold rolling unit and vacuum annealing / continuous online protective annealing processes. The company focuses on manufacturing ultra-thin titanium and titanium alloy strips with a thickness ranging from 0.005 to 0.2mm. The products are supplied in rolls, have a smooth surface, precise dimensions, and stable performance. Key Advantages
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and durable: Low density and high specific strength. The tensile strength ranging from 240 to 550 MPa can be customized. Even with a thickness as thin as 0.005mm, it still maintains excellent toughness. Excellent corrosion resistance ensures that the annual corrosion rate is less than 0.005mm, and the service life in harsh environments exceeds 50 years.
Precise manufacturing and size assurance: Thickness tolerance controlled by±0.001mm. Regular width is customized from 100 to 600mm. Inner hole options are 76/152/305mm. We provide surface treatment of mirror finish, matte finish, and grooves. The roughness Ra ≤ 0.2μm.
High temperature stability and excellent heat conductivity: Melting point is very high so it can work stably at 450–500℃ for a long time. Thermal conductivity coefficient is 16–22W/(m·K), suitable for high-temperature heat dissipation and heat exchange scenarios.
