ASTM F67 pure titanium wire is unalloyed commercially pure titanium material formulated specifically for surgical implant and medical device manufacturing. Manufactured at YIBAITE's Baoji titanium processing facility, our Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 titanium wire strictly follows ASTM F67 chemical and mechanical limits, with strict control over interstitial elements including oxygen, iron, carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen to guarantee stable biocompatibility and corrosion resistance inside physiological environment.
Different from ordinary industrial-grade CP titanium wire, our ASTM F67 titanium wire undergoes dedicated medical-oriented drawing, intermediate annealing, and surface cleaning workflow. Each production lot carries complete material traceability documents, supporting device manufacturers for qualification audit and regulatory filing. We deliver wire in spool-wound coil or precision straight-cut segments, covering ultra-fine thin wire up to medium-diameter round wire for diverse medical component forming.
