Titanium screws are one of the core main products of the company. Their standards cover national standards, German standards, American standards, and ISO series specifications. The materials include pure titanium GR1/GR2(TA1/TA2) and titanium alloy Gr5 (TC4). They have core characteristics such as lightweight, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, non-magnetic, and biocompatibility, and are widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace, medical, chemical industry, marine engineering, and new energy vehicles.

 Material: The main material grades include GR1, GR2, and GR5.

 Specification:

1. Thread range: We offer M1.6 – M24 (metric), 1/16" – 3/4" (UNC/UNF in imperial), as well as coarse thread and fine thread. Various thread types can be customized.

2. Standardization: We comply with GB/T, DIN, ISO, ANSI, JIS, and support mixed batch production of multiple standards.

3. Surface treatment: The surface treatment methods we perform include acid pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing, anodizing (in color), PVD coating, and PTFE anti-stick treatment. Customized surface roughness can be provided according to requirements.

4. Head types: Round head, countersunk head, socket head, cylindrical head, flat round head, hexagonal head. Special head shapes can be customized as per demand.

Cross-slot series: Round head cross-slot screws (GB818), Sunk head cross-slot screws (GB819), and cross recess pan head screw

Flexible production: We can handle small-batch customization (starting from 10 pieces) to large-scale production (daily output of 50,000–100,000 pieces), with fast delivery and high cost-effectiveness.

For each batch, material spectral analysis, mechanical performance testing, hardness testing, thread gauge inspection, and salt spray test are carried out. The entire process is traceable.
