Exquisite craftsmanship and quality control

 

Raw material selection: we choose high-purity titanium ingots and rods as the raw materials. Spectral analysis and flaw detection are used to ensure that the chemical composition meets the standards. The purity is higher than 99.95%.

Precision forging: Heating in a vacuum or inert environment, using a 3,000-ton rapid forging hydraulic machine production line, with die forging / free forging processes, temperature control by finite element simulation (β phase transformation point ± 50℃), one-pass forming, reducing machining allowances.

Heat treatment optimization: we use annealing or aging treatment to release titanium forgings' internal stress, balance strength and toughness, and stabilize the structure performance.

Full-process inspection: we carry out more than 20 items of tests, such as ultrasonic testing (UT), mechanical properties (tensile/ impact/fatigue), dimensional accuracy, surface quality, etc. for , in accordance with GB/T 16598 and ASTM B381 standards. We assure delivery with zero defects.
