Product Characteristics
Lightweight and high strength
The tube density is approximately 4.5g/cm³, which is 45% lighter than that of stainless steel. The tensile strength of GR5 titanium square tubes can reach to 895-1000MPa. It has the characteristics of being lightweight and having high strength.
Extreme anti-corrosion
The oxide film on the tube surface can resist corrosion from seawater, chloride ions, organic acids, etc. The service life in chemical environments is more than three times that of ordinary materials.
Stability in Wide temperature
The tube performance can be maintained stably in the range of -196℃ to 600℃. Excellent toughness at low temperatures, and no deformation at high temperatures.
Excellent machinability
We support secondary processing such as cutting, welding, and drilling. The surface treatment includes acid washing and polishing, suitable for different technique requirements.
Material and Specifications
Common materials: GR1, GR2, GR5 (TA1/TA2/TC4), etc., covering pure titanium and titanium alloy series.
Customization of specifications: Length 5 - 60mm, wall thickness 0.1 - 15mm. Seamless or straight seam titanium square tubes can be customized as per requirements, with precise tolerance.
