Titanium reducer pipe, also named titanium reducer, is a pressure-bearing pipe fitting with different diameters at both ends and a smooth conical transition in the middle. It is the reliable connection of different nominal diameter pipes in the pipeline system to make the pipe diameter change smoothly and reduce the resistance and turbulence disturbance.

1. Concentric Reducer: Both ends have coaxial centers, with low fluid resistance, suitable for vertical pipes, symmetrical pipelines, and gas or clean liquid conditions.
2. Eccentric Reducer: The centers are offset, with one side straight, facilitating exhaust and drainage, suitable for horizontal pipes, preventing cavitation and liquid accumulation, commonly used at pump inlets, before and after regulating valves.

 Industrial pure titanium (priority for corrosion resistance)

Gr1: High-purity titanium, excellent plasticity, resistant to dilute acids, seawater, and moisture, suitable for low-temperature, low-pressure, and high-cleanliness scenarios.

Gr2: General-grade pure titanium, the most cost-effective, resistant to acids and alkalis, moisture chlorine, seawater, preferred in chemical or marine engineering.

Gr12: Titanium molybdenum nickel alloy, resistant to strong reducing acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, suitable for high-temperature and strong-corrosion conditions.

 Titanium alloys (high strength or high temperature)

Gr5(Ti-6Al-4V): High strength (≥860 MPa), resistant to high temperatures and high pressures, suitable for aerospace, nuclear power, and high-pressure equipment.

Conventional corrosive media (seawater, dilute acid, alkaline solution): Prefer Gr2, with the best cost-performance ratio.

Strong reducing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid): Select Gr12, with stronger corrosion resistance.

High pressure, high temperature lightweight scenarios: Select Gr5, with outstanding strength and high-temperature resistance.

Vertical or gas pipelines: Choose concentric reducers; Horizontal and pipelines requiring exhaust and drainage: Choose eccentric reducers.
