The titanium anode meshes provided by Baoji Yibaite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. are industrial-grade high-performance titanium-based metal oxide coating (MMO/DSA) electrodes. It is made from high-purity industrial pure titanium (TA1/TA2) as the substrate, which is then precisely woven and stamped into a mesh. The surface undergoes high-temperature sintering of precious metals such as ruthenium iridium, iridium tantalum, and platinum, resulting in a product that possesses excellent conductivity, strong catalytic activity, and outstanding corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in fields such as chlorine alkali production, electroplating, wastewater treatment, electrolytic metallurgy, and hydrogen production through electrolysis water.

High specific surface area
Our titanium anode meshes are porous network structure (porosity 60%-80%). The specific surface area is 3-5 times higher than that of flat electrodes. Electrolyte mass transfer efficiency is high, and they are able to withstand high current density of ≤10,000A/m²).
High corrosion resistance and long service life
The noble metal coating of the anode is dense and stable, resistant to wet chlorine, acids, alkalis and high-chlorine wastewater corrosion. They can work 15-25 years continuously, which is 3-5 times that of graphite or lead anodes. The maintenance costs can be reduced significantly.
Low energy consumption and high efficiency
The noble metal oxide coating will reduce the overpotential for chlorine evolution and oxygen evolution. It makes the electrical conductivity superior. The direct current consumption can be reduced by 15%-20%, and the reaction is uniform and stable.
Dimensional stability
It doesn't dissolve or deform during use, and no impurities are released, ensuring the purity of the electrolyte and the quality of the product.
Product Specification
Base material specification: The material adopted is GR1/GR2 industrial pure titanium. The material thickness is 0.2 - 2.0 mm, and the purity is higher than 99.6%.
Mesh parameters: The mesh size is customizable from 0.5 to 10 mm. The porosity is 60% - 80%. The weaving technology and stamping technology are optional for different scene requirements.
Coating specification: The coating type is MMO precious metal coating ( we have ruthenium iridium, iridium tantalum, platinum series, etc.). The thickness of coating layer is 2 - 10 μm.
Electrical parameters: The maximum working current density is less than 10000 A/m², the chlorine and oxygen evolution overpotential is low, and the conductivity is excellent.
Size specification: The conventional size can be customized (the customized maximum size can be to 1200 × 2000 mm), and the shape is able to cut according to the demand.
Execution standard: Follows ASTM B265 standard; conforms to the requirements for industrial electrochemical electrodes.
