Product Overview
GR23 medical titanium rod is a titanium alloy rod specially developed for permanent implantation in surgery. The material is Ti6Al4V ELI, with national standard TC4ELI. It belongs to the α+β type titanium alloy with ultra-low interstitial elements. This material complies with ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-3 implantation grade standards, strictly controlling oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and carbon interstitial impurities. The oxygen content is controlled less than 0.13%.
The product has undergone forging, rolling, precise annealing and non-destructive testing. The dimensional tolerance is precise and the surface is clean without impurities, and it is suitable for CNC precision machining. It can be processed into bone screws, bone plates, intramedullary nails, spinal screws and rods systems, artificial joint components, dental implants, and maxillofacial restoration prostheses, etc., which are long-term human implant devices. It is the preferred base material for high-load implant components in orthopedics, maxillofacial surgery, and dentistry.
