Seamless and dense, with outstanding performance
The seamless overall forging process has no weld seams or structural weak areas. The internal microstructure of the pipe material is uniform and dense, with extremely strong pressure resistance, compression resistance, and sealing performance. This completely eliminates the risk of medium leakage from the source. The inner and outer wall surface finish of the pipe is high (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), and the fluid transportation resistance is small. It is not prone to scaling or impurity adhesion, perfectly adapting to high-precision fluid transportation, precise heat exchange and other high-standard working conditions.
Lightweight and high strength, superior specific strength
The density of titanium material is only 4.5 g/cm³, approximately 57% of that of ordinary steel. The lightweight advantage is significant. At the same time, the tensile strength can reach 686–1176 MPa. By significantly reducing the equipment weight and transportation load, it ensures structural stability and effectively reduces the equipment manufacturing and operation costs for customers.
Ultra-resistant to corrosion, long service life
The surface of the pipe material can form a stable and dense oxide passivation film, with extremely strong corrosion resistance. It can withstand various corrosive media such as seawater, strong acids, strong alkalis, salt fog, and sulfur-containing oil gases. The corrosion rate is less than 0.02 mm per year, and the service life is more than 5 times that of ordinary stainless steel pipes, significantly reducing equipment maintenance and pipe replacement frequencies.
Wide temperature range adaptation, stable and reliable
The working temperature range of the product is wide, suitable for ultra-low temperature of -253℃ and high-temperature conditions of 600℃. There is no brittle fracture at low temperatures and no deformation at high temperatures. The toughness and strength performance are stable, capable of withstanding extreme temperature differences and alternating conditions, and suitable for various complex and extreme working environments.
