The GENESIS V-800U five-axis CNC machine tool is reshaping the standard of robotic manufacturing with its Y-axis/A-axis dual drive system. The machine optimizes the cutting parameters according to the machining characteristics of titanium alloy, and realizes the precision control of ±0.002mm in the machining of joint bearing seat and servo motor shell. Its innovative thermal deformation compensation algorithm effectively solves the size drift problem caused by poor thermal conductivity of titanium alloy processing, and reduces the robot joint transmission error to 0.05 arc minutes.
